With that said, Nicholas Spark has always been an author that definitley made me feel something- most of the time it was anger! I quit reading many of his novels after The Notebook years ago for fear of feeling a bit too much. I noticed his newest book, Safe Habour, and decided it was a good choice for the Christmas break. His storyline is typical for him, but still good. I particularly like his character, Kevin, the drunk husband. He is unstable and adds a great level of unease throughout the story, because of his unpredictability.
I would reccommend this book to any Sparks fans, but also those who like Harlequinns and Chick Lit.
Happy New Year!!
