Thank you to my friends and family who have helped me edit The Beacon. I have learned that editing takes much longer than the creative portion of the writing process.

I am working hard on the book, but it's a long process. It shouldn't be much longer now. I have missed all other previous deadlines and am determined to make this one- November 31st!

You are so determined that is why you deserve our support. I know how much effect you have put together for the The Beacon. let me just say that this is a good thing because it was a learning experience for you. beforem, you don't know how to edit. But since you need to finish the beacon, you were forced to learn it and you eventually loved the craft even more. I am hoping to see more from you as we all know you are bound to create more!

It doesn't get any more real than this! Like all my social media indicates I am an English teacher at Reagan High School.  I love my students as much as I do my own four children.  I enjoy YA Lit and Cadbury eggs.  I spend most of my daylight hours in overdrive, like most mothers.  Many ask me how I manage to accomplish so much, and although I have answered in various ways, the one solid truth in my life is Jesus Christ who makes all things possible.
Borrego is the name of my current project. Check out this novel and more on my website or on Amazon.com.
